Grapefruit Yogurt to GO

  • 1 cup Vanilla Greek yogurt
  • ½ Florida Grapefruit, chopped

Optional:

  • ¼ cup coconut chips
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp Sliced almonds
  • 1 tbsp white chocolate bark, chopped
  1. Fill a small mason jar with alternating layers of chopped red grapefruit with vanilla Greek yogurt.
  2. Add your favorite toppings, such as coconut chips, sliced almonds, white chocolate or maple syrup. Seal with the for a portable snack or quick breakfast!
