Grapefruit Yogurt to GO

- 1 cup Vanilla Greek yogurt
- ½ Florida Grapefruit, chopped
Optional:
- ¼ cup coconut chips
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp Sliced almonds
- 1 tbsp white chocolate bark, chopped
- Fill a small mason jar with alternating layers of chopped red grapefruit with vanilla Greek yogurt.
- Add your favorite toppings, such as coconut chips, sliced almonds, white chocolate or maple syrup. Seal with the for a portable snack or quick breakfast!
